The former QUEEN MARGARET is met by QUEEN ELIZABETH and CECILY the DUCHESS OF YORK.  MARGARET (of the House of Lancaster) has been sworn enemies with ELIZABETH (House of York) ever since her husband EDWARD took the throne from MARGARET’S husband KING HENRY the SIXTH.  CECILY is the mother-in-law of QUEEN ELIZABETH, and the mother of the murderous KING RICHARD III.  As the women lament their losses, it becomes clear that the common enemy is RICHARD, who is responsible for the deaths and destruction; and the unending cycle of ambition, death and revenge.
