TYRREL has just murdered two young boys in the Tower on the orders of their Uncle, KING RICHARD III.  The boys are RICHARD DUKE OF YORK (about ten) and KING EDWARD V (about twelve, and who has been usurped by RICHARD).  In this scene, he recounts his deeds.
